Romualdas Pozerskis (Lithuania) Garik Avanesian talks about photography with well-known Lithuanian photographer Romualdas Pozerskis.
Portfolio: Vlado Baca Slovakia Vlado Baca was born in Zilina in 1948. His interest in photograhy began when he was 12 years old and since the time he continues to shoot. In seventies started to participate in national and international photo contest and salons very successfully. In recent years cooperates with glass works companies, creates promotional photos and catalogues for them. Two years ago obtained AFIAP and QEP certificate.
Portfolio: Enrique Fernandez Ferra - Spain Telecommunication engineer by profession, he currently lives in Madrid. His interest in photography arose six years ago derived from his passion for nature and mountains, he mainly devotes to landscape photosgraphy. Says, that all he knows about shooting comes from three great photographers Oriol Alamany, John Shaw and Galen Rowell. His passion for photography led him to discover far-away places in Argentina, Chile, Tanzania or Vietnam.
Portfolio: Sabina Grigorieva - Latvia Sabina Grigorieva was born in 1980, lives and works in Latvian Riga. At the 2001 finished Faculty of Sculpture and at the same time started to work in photograhy. Currently is she studying in Visual Communications Faculty. By now has been participating in 26 exhibitions and also has obtained number of first prizes in various Latvian and international photo contests. Her main interest is black and white photography, but also experiments with colour.
Portfolio: Natasha Gudermane - France Natasha Gudermane is a photographer-autodidact, presently works as a freelance photographer. She began to shoot when she was a schoolgirl and after a big pause of many years she came back to photography again three years ago. She graduated in english philology, except of taking pictures also loves literature and language. About photography says: It is the language I use to speak to the people I love, it is a kind of a personal diary in symbols.
Portfolio: Eric Hinders - USA Eric was born in 1984 in American Iowa. His first camera got around the age of 14, later went to college for photography. Devotes to the digital photography, but says that also has a lot of respect for the classical process of photography. Currently works as a portrait photographer in the studio. Although very young, has number of photographic successes allready named top ten photographer in Iowa in 2006 and another.
Portfolio: Walter Kump Austria Walter Kump was born in a small Austrian town in 1941, currently lives in Linz. Has graduated as a mechanical engineer and this profession practises continually. Also performes a function of regional government consultant. Walter Kump is a photographer autodidact, devotes to photography since the age of 13. Up to this day has participated in more then 3500 salons and exhibitions, obtained more then 350 prices. In 1994 was honoured by EsFIAP.
Portfolio: Monika Schulz-Fieguth Germany Monika was born in 1949 in the town called Postdam. She was working as a photomodel in the past and her main interest was chemistry. Thats why she wished to work as a photo laboratorian in the future, but after encounter with some photographer, she decided to shoot. For last 12 years she works a free-lance photographer. Uses digital camera and her favourite theme is human generally.
Portfolio: Carmel Skutelsky Israel Native Latvian Carmel Skutelsky emigrated in 1972 to Israel and now is he Israel national. After coming to Israel left photography and for some time has been working as a criminalist and a security agency empoyee. In the nineties he started to shoot again and up to this day has participated in more then 500 exhibitions, also in Prague. Says: If there is a God in the heaven, Woman is a god in the earth for me.
Portfolio: Yaki Yaskvloski - Argentina Yaki Yaskvloski was born in the town of Azara Misiones. Studied digital photography, nude pictures and black and white laboratory procedures, as well as alternative photographic processes. Her works were exhibited many times, also has obtained number of distinctions. Her favourite theme is nude, portrait and documentary photography. Currently is whe working in her studio as a portraitist and as digital photography teacher.
Portfolio: Petr Zemlak Czech Republic Petr Zemlak comes from Zlin, where he lives up to this day. Though he has been studying creative photography in 1988 1990, seriously started to photograph in 1997. His favourite theme is portrait but also devotes to macro photography. In the past took couple of journeys, for example to USA, India, Nepal, Morocco or Romania, where has made integral sets of photos. Some of it were publicated in prestigious geographical magazines.
